Class C Vermiculite Heat insulation & Heat resistance board

   

Product introduction

Class C vermiculite heat insulation & resistance board has a good improvement in strength, the fire resistance temperature can reaches 1,200. The best standard class of heat insulation & heat resistance in the non-calcined inorganic mineral material. Used for higher strength & temperature requirement than Class B.

Characteristic

   According to Class A heat insulation board

   Fire resistance temperature reaches 1,200excellent heat insulation and fire resistance ability, can be used directly to the hot side of high temperature industrial furnace regarding using temperature, greatly decrease the construction & manufacturing cost.

   The minimum thickness can reaches 5mm, has a wider extent of application & applying field.

Application

   Interior decoration material for various industrial furnaces heavy loading part, shock absorbing part, high wearing part etc.

   Combined use with high temperature refractory bricks.

   Applied as heat insulation material at high temperature, high heat insulation requirement parts in industrial furnace, melting furnace, burning machine, steel industry etc.

   Insulation material for various industrial machines.
